The strength of kindness, the value of dreams and the power of change are key words at Golden Goose, a company whose aim is to make its people feel relevant.

A great news in terms of  innovation puts once again GOLDEN GOOSE under the spotlight. A brand internationally known that made its debut at White, the Fashion Trade Show always looking at the future, promoting companies able to be successful in the long term.

The lifestyle brand founded on the value of "Perfect Imperfection", for the first year received the Top Employers 2022 certification, putting at the centre of everything the connections between people and their positive energy to generate value.

A new way of thinking at Golden Goose, aimed at paying more attention to its people, to their experiences and to their well-being, enhancing their uniqueness and individuality. We are not talking about employees, but about talents, all part of a whole Golden Goose Family, considered a true wealth. The corporate culture breaks traditional patterns to create places of exchange and stimulation where everyone can express themselves, grow and develop their potential as an individual and as a member of a collective, according to a principle of circularity: For You, For Your Loves, For The World.

For You outlines the initiatives designed for Golden Family members of their many stores, including the new futuristic building in Via Ercole Marelli in Milan. The focus is entirely on the individual: from smart working programmes and hourly flexibility, to a concierge service to facilitate time management and sustainable mobility projects. A sustainable fleet of e-cars and e-bikes is available to facilitate movement in the urban fabric.

In addition to the wellbeing of its own talents, For Your Loves addresses affections and families in their most inclusive sense: economic contributions, more time available and dedicated to caregiving services, promoting shared parenting: a one-time bonus for births and adoptions, together with an extension of paternity leave to four weeks.

For The World, promotes volunteering within working hours as an individual and collective experience through the use of special fully paid leave. And again, in a sustainable outlook, Golden Goose has established in its Milan HQ the first ever hydroponic garden, whose products are used in the company restaurant, supervised by the three-star Michelin restaurant Da Vittorio. To reduce waste and encourage circularity.
