In addition to the wellbeing of its own talents, For Your Loves addresses affections and families in their most inclusive sense: economic contributions, more time available and dedicated to caregiving services, promoting shared parenting: a one-time bonus for births and adoptions, together with an extension of paternity leave to four weeks.

For The World, promotes volunteering within working hours as an individual and collective experience through the use of special fully paid leave. And again, in a sustainable outlook, Golden Goose has established in its Milan HQ the first ever hydroponic garden, whose products are used in the company restaurant, supervised by the three-star Michelin restaurant Da Vittorio. To reduce waste and encourage circularity.
